Microsoft South Georgia Hacked by The Rebelz

Microsoft South Georgia was hacked and left defaced for hours.

Microsoft South Georgia domain (www.microsoft.gs) was hacked into and left defaced for several hours, the hacker collective "The Rebelz" who claimed responsibility for the hack and also left their deface page on the website. Microsoft.gs was apparently hijacked using a hacking method known as DNS Poisoning. The hackers gained access to the South Georgia Network Information Center and changed the DNS records of Microsoft’s site.

The stamp at the top of the page stated “The Rebelz”. The number is supposedly one of the hackers of the group who has recently hacked domain registrars of several countries.
